Threshold Options
Four threshold options all feature fully weather-sealed rebates that keep the worst of the British weather safely outside. These rebates also ensure doors aren’t over-centred during operation, helping locks to engage correctly. Our doors also feature clever concealed drainage, eliminating the need for unsightly drainage cover caps.
All in all an excellent job well done. The new bi-fold doors look really good!
Configurations
Up to 7 panes wide in a variety of styles. Depending on the layout of your room you can choose to have your doors split, left and right, or have them all sliding to one side. Think about Including a single ‘traffic’ door in your configuration, as it’s a great way to create an everyday entrance for when the weather’s not so good. Also available as single and French Doors.

Their insulating chambers act as a thermal break and work in conjunction with high performance glazing to create class leading thermal performance, far superior to traditional polyamide thermal breaks.
Outstanding security built into every bi-fold
With 5-point locking and double deadbolts, every element of the Prestige bi-fold has been designed to keep you and your home secure. We also use full length security interlocks on appropriate styles to protect your home from would-be intruders. These bind the sashes tightly together if attacked.
Bespoke Winkhaus ‘Thunderbolt’ locking
French passive doors include an integral finger pull lock, eliminating the need for a second handle – continuing the clean, minimal Sheerline aesthetic. An innovative mishandling device also ensures doors are locked in the correct order.

How energy efficient are your windows & doors?
All of our products are very thermally efficient; they meet and exceed all current building regulations.
Our aluminium profiles are thermally broken and benefit from high performance double glazing with a centre pane U Value of 1.2 W/m2 as standard. The maximum overall U value of any of our products is 1.6 W/m2, with many of our door and window products offering even lower U Values.
